Who is Chris Todd?

I am a registered chartered architectural technologist with over 35 years of experience in building design and construction and what I would call sophisticated planning and design skills.

Having worked for Architects and Architectural Design practices, I have now been working on my own since 2007 and have a good cross selection of clients and strong working relationships with several local developers and builders.

I  work on domestic, residential and commercial developments from project inception and feasibility through to supervision and hand over.

Whilst I have worked on Fire stations, Shopping Centres, Offices, Schools and Universities, Churches, Hotels and Supermarkets, the majority of my work is in new residential development and private domestic extensions. This ranges from full refurbishment and re-modelling to a simple porch or bathroom. The same level of care an attention to detail applies to all my work.

I like to think that the client base I have built and the body of work that I have produced is testament to not only my desgn skills, but also my approach to the work and my relationship with my clients.
